AusNOG
Australian Network Operators Group is a community of network operators who work in ISPs, Content Providers and other areas of the On-Line Industry in Australia. Mindshare Events has been working with AusNOG to organise their annual conference each year. Our role is to oversee venue selection, manage all organisational aspects and liaise with sponsors of the conference.
Highlands Fest
The Highlands Fest was held in Bowral, NSW and was a celebration of everything local. Highlights of the event were appearances by Bluey and Bingo who entertained the kids with a game of keepy uppy. Headlining the music lineup were Eskimo Joe who rocked the crowd into the night. The event also featured local arts and crafts, wine and produce, local musicians and family entertainment.
Southern Highlands Polo
The Southern Highlands Polo was a large outdoor event at Bong Bong Picnic Race Club that Mindshare Events planned and executed over two years. With over 600 attendees, three large marquees, a Polo bar and smaller pagodas, Mindshare coordinated all facets of the day from the securing of sponsorship, ticketing for public areas, building of the pavillions, through to catering and liaison with Veuve Clicquot as the offical champagne provider.
With event partner Mercedes-Benz Macarther and many other local and international sponsors, the day included the Parade of Horses, two polo matches, Divot Stomping and Fashions on the Field.
Themed Events
Mindshare Events has worked on multiple themed events always searching for that unique venue that creates a fun atmosphere
so that guests can relax and be as involved as they want to in photo booths, with island dancers or as the case one year ping pong which was themed as the Crown Castle “Wimbleton”.
